Welcome
We're excited
that you have interest in joining our squadron and
Civil Air Patrol. We can assure you that
participating in CAP will be one of the most
rewarding, exciting and amazing adventures you will
ever undertake. Not only will you be part of an
active, motivated group of individuals, you will be
exposed to opportunities that previously you could
only have dreamed about. How does flying in a C-130
or a Blackhawk helicopter sound? What about
participating in a search and rescue exercise as
part of a team to quickly and effectively locate a
target? How about participating in a real search and
rescue mission?
Civil Air Patrol is all about community and duty to
one's nation. We promote honor, discipline,
integrity and morals as standards. From flying in a
Cessna 172 Skyhawk to competing in a color guard
competition, from earning your ROA license to
operating a slowscan aerial radio camera, the Civil
Air Patrol has something to offer you. The South
County Composite Squadron can help.
If you want more information regarding the Civil Air
Patrol, click on the "About Civil Air Patrol" link
to your left or view our contact page.
